Shipping Policy

1. We are a home delivery and home pick up company. This is free of charge to you.

2. We deliver Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm. SWYTCHD use's it's own personnel and does not use other partners.

4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same city.

5. As soon as your vehicle ships, we will WhatsApp you your package tracking information.

Returns Policy

1. Once the vehicle is delivered. Under the terms of the agreement, the vehicle is yours to use until the specified end date of the agreement. Vehicles can be returned early but no refund will be provided for the agreement terminating early.

2. Our vehicles are thoroughly checked before delivery and we request customers to inspect the vehicle on arrival too. In case there are problems with the vehicle of mechanical nature. You must inform SWYTCHD immediately of this. We will arrange for the vehicle to be picked up and sent for inspection or servicing. During this time, SWYTCHD will arrange for an alternative vehicle for use at no extra charge.

Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. Once Cancelled, we will allocate the vehicle to another customer.
